We specialize in tacos Estilo Tijuana, serving tacos on our unique pink tortillas hechas a mano and grilling meats over mesquite since 2020! We started off serving our food on the street during the pandemic on the corner of Main & Anahurst. What once was Santa Ana's first TJ style taco stand is now Downtown Santa Ana’s first TJ style taqueria! Nothing has changed other than the address, which is now permanent thanks to all of our amazing guests! History:

Established in 2020.We started off as a catering company that focused on providing an elevated style of taco catering in 2017. During that time, we were attending University in the Bay Area where we learned about different styles of service, presentation, execution and flavors in the restaurant industry from the diverse options that were available. From there, we decided to take our passion in food and bring it to people’s homes. When the pandemic hit, we went from having 2 caterings a month to 0. While working in restaurants to make ends meet, we decided to create a new brand and bring our food to customers on the street in Santa Ana. We moved around a few times and even did pop up’s, caterings and sold out of a food truck for a bit until we came across the opportunity to call a place our permanent home here in the heart of our city, Santa Ana. Now, you can find us at 300 W 5th St. where we plan to continue to bring you an experience and flavors that you can only get at Bandito Taqueria.
