This place is a hidden gem located inside the vibrant McFadden Public Market in Santa Ana. The menu includes delicious options such as the Bhangra Smash and Gully Smash burgers, both packed with flavor and made with high-quality Wagyu beef that simply melts in your mouth. The desi touch of these burgers is truly unique and adds an extra layer of deliciousness to every bite. In addition to the amazing burgers, they also serve loaded fries and the most amazing mango lassi I've ever had. The atmosphere is great and the staff provides top-notch customer service, making the experience even more enjoyable. They have the Bhangra Smash Burger and let me tell you, it was a game changer! Chopped fried Wagyu burgers on a homemade chapli skewer, topped with pickled red onions, tamarind chutney, marinated cucumbers and serrano aioli, mint and raita, created a symphony of flavors that I won't soon forget. The meat was very flavorful and the combination of toppings took the burger to a whole new level. Overall, this place is a must visit for anyone looking to experience something different and incredibly delicious. The unique fusion of Indian and American flavors in their Smashburger is something you won't find anywhere else.
