Trust is our Chef’s table concept – designed to provide a unique and elevated culinary experience. The Trust Kitchen is our intimate 18-seat culinary theater where our chefs prepare your dozen-or-so course meal, and our sommelier pours paired beverages with each course. There is a theme for each evening, so you’ll have some idea of what’s on the menu, but the sign on the door says, “Trust.” Just come in expecting to have a great meal, and let us do the rest.
