H&H Business & Tax Consulting is a Veteran-Owned Small Business focusing on assisting individuals and/or other small businesses in the areas of Entity Formation, Entity Dissolution, Business Consulting/Coaching, Federal and/or State Agency Compliance, County and/or City Compliance, Corporate Formality Compliance, and Individual & Small Business Tax Consulting, Strategy, and Preparation.
Mr. Arturo A. Huerta, Jr., is a U. S. Marine Corps veteran and proudly served this country from 1991 – 1996. After serving in the Marine Corps, Mr. Huerta obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, in 1997. After a brief stint working for a government contractor for the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Services, Mr. Huerta decided to return to school. He obtained a law degree (Juris Prudence-2004) and a Master of Law in Federal Taxation (LL.M. – Federal Taxation-2005).
After obtaining a small tax firm and navigating the field of an income tax business, Mr. Huerta found that many tax preparers, tax professionals, CPAs, and EAs are forming entities incorrectly without explaining any compliance, thus leaving individuals with suspended and/or forfeited business entities.
Utilizing his knowledge of tax and law, Mr. Huerta formed H&H Business & Tax Consulting in an attempt to assist individuals in forming their new business entity correctly with a solid documentation foundation and/or assisting existing small businesses.
